Action Asphalt is committed to helping the area get back on it’s feet with modern pavement improvements. Stockton may be the largest inland seaport in California, but it still needs its asphalt and concrete on dry land. Known as “the gateway to the Central Valley” this city had to file for bankruptcy protection during the 2008 housing crisis.
Whether you’re Stockton, Modesto or Lodi, hiring the right asphalt paving and sealcoating contractor is an important decision to make. Also being one of the main asphalt companies in Stockton, we help major retail centers, residential housing properties, and other commercial establishments alike make that decision with total confidence.
From our many years of experience, we know that each property has unique and zoning requirements. We work to align the budgets, needs and project management objectives to best suit each individual client.
Over the many years of asphalt paving here and around Modesto and Lodi, we have always maintained a presence here, though sometimes overlooked. In particular we have done a lot of work around Stockton and Modesto, whether it is concrete paving, asphalt repair or ada compliance, we have pretty much seen and sealed it all.
Our asphalt maintenance plans include sealing, striping, annual crack sealing and, if needed, asphalt patching. We highly recommend this process to our clients. At no time is there any sort of contract or customer captivity program. Try us out and if you like us, continue to use us.
For this mobile home park, we recommended a complete asphalt overlay, as there was some cracking throughout the roadways. This would ensure that their roadways would stay resilient to the elements as well as giving the park a new and updated appearance. With fresh striping and smooth roadways, the mobile homeowners and management company were excited and pleased with the investments they had made.
This mobile home park hadn’t had any asphalt maintenance in years and was in desperate need of asphalt repair. The asphalt was badly cracked and broken in many different areas, leading us to recommend that management remove these areas and replace them with new asphalt. After this was completed we overlaid the entire park with a 2” overlay of new asphalt to ensure that their pavement would last for many years to come.
