Howe Bout Arden Center

Action Asphalt performed numerous repairs to damaged asphalt throughout the Howe Bout Arden Center, followed by crack fill, sealcoat, and re-striping of the entire property.

This was a particularly tricky project to complete. With one of the busiest Starbucks in the greater Sacramento area and a host of other retail stores, this center had a huge volume of constant traffic. We worked hand in hand with the property manager to put together a phasing plan that kept traffic flowing and customer inconveniences to a minimum.
