Action Asphalt & Concrete completed a large-scale asphalt rehabilitation project at the Lowe’s Home Improvement store in Anaheim, California. The project included milling existing pavement, installing new hot mix asphalt, and restoring parking lot striping across approximately 275,000 square feet of commercial parking lot surface.
The work was coordinated to maintain site access and support ongoing retail operations while construction activities were underway.
Asphalt Milling & Removal

- Remove and haul milling spoils off-site
- Prepare exposed surface for new asphalt installation
Asphalt Paving
- Apply SS-1H tack oil to the prepared surface
- Install 2 inches of new hot mix asphalt in one lift across approximately 274,415 square feet
- Roll and compact asphalt to achieve proper placement and surface consistency
Parking Lot Striping
