Our team began with the precision demolition of deteriorating concrete, carefully removing existing curb and gutter sections while protecting adjacent landscaping and paving. We then prepared and graded the subbase to ensure proper flow and alignment.
Next, we poured new curb and gutter sections, matched to HOA design specifications and local drainage requirements. The new installation improves both aesthetics and functionality, helping to direct stormwater and preserve the long-term integrity of the neighborhood’s pavement.
